Recently bought a BMW 330e from them, the showroom is not signposted and no directions given to find it. Sales team nice and friendly and no pressure to buy, agreed for car to be delivered and detailed but when it arrived they had not cleaned or washed the car and most critically they had lost the V5 and I had to register it via v62 form at the post office. They seem like a nice bunch of people but are too disorganised for me to use again.

Abz and the team were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They even stayed open late on a weekday so we could collect our car after work, which was really appreciated. The car was in excellent condition with no issues. From the initial communication to the final sale, everything was faultless. Excellent service from the whole team at H Specialist Cars Ltd. This was my first car purchase and they patiently went through all the details with me to make sure I was happy. They even gave me a lift to the station as the car was being delivered the following day. Could not recommend highly enough.

I bought a car from H specialist cars. Very professional from beginning to end. Abz is very polite and knowledgeable about the cars he’s selling. I’m happy with the car I bought - the specifications were as advertised and they also delivered to me on the day as promised. Would recommend!
